Idaho (Zones 102 and 103): Thursday will see cooler but dry conditions
with mainly terrain driven winds. Generally light northeast to east
winds are anticipated to develop by Friday. High pressure will
strengthen this weekend, trending temperatures warmer with thermal
belts on midslopes/ridges at night.
Northwest MT (Zones 104 and 105): Thursday will see cooler but dry conditions
with mainly terrain driven winds. A backdoor cold front in north-central
Montana will bring northeast to east winds Thursday night into Friday.
High pressure will strengthen this weekend, trending temperatures
warmer with thermal belts on midslopes/ridges at night.
West Central MT (Zones 106, 107 and 108): Thursday will see cooler but dry conditions
with mainly terrain driven winds. A backdoor cold front in north-central
Montana will bring northeast to east winds Thursday night into Friday.
High pressure will strengthen this weekend, trending temperatures
warmer with thermal belts on midslopes/ridges at night.
