  elevations at or above 2500 feet, with 6 inches possible on the
  highest mountain peaks, generally above 5000 feet. Winds gusting
  up to 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of east Tennessee mountains and southwest
  Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could
  bring down tree branches.
