...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO
7 AM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and
  8 inches, except locally as high as 10 to 12 inches for areas near
  Mount LeConte and possibly Newfound Gap as well. Winds gusting as
  high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Blount Smoky Mountains, Cocke Smoky Mountains, and Sevier
  Smoky Mountains Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3
  inches. However, some local totals up to 5 inches could occur near
  Sams Gap, in the higher terrain along the I-26 corridor through
  the Tennessee mountains. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
