* At 1042 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Big Stone
  Gap, or near Norton, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Norton, Wise, Big Stone Gap, Coeburn, Appalachia, Pound, St. Paul,
  Nickelsville, Dungannon, and St. Charles.

Damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning are
