...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN CLAIBORNE...CAMPBELL AND
NORTHERN UNION COUNTIES THROUGH 1045 PM EDT...

At 938 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Wilkerson, or 12 miles southeast of Williamsburg, moving south at 10
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
La Follette, Jacksboro, Jellico, Caryville, Elk Valley, Cove Lake
State Park, Indian Mountain State Park, Clairfield, Fincastle, and
Royal Blue.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
