...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CHEROKEE...SOUTHEASTERN
BRADLEY...POLK AND SOUTHEASTERN MONROE COUNTIES THROUGH 830 PM EDT...

At 746 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles southwest of Town Of Santeetlah to 11
miles northwest of Murphy to 7 miles west of Ducktown to 7 miles east
of Cohutta. Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Andrews, Murphy, Ducktown, Wildwood Lake, William L. Davenport
Refuge, Coker Creek, Violet, Conasauga, Big Frog Mountain, and
Parksville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
