...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN BRADLEY AND
SOUTHWESTERN POLK COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM EDT...

At 638 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Wildwood Lake, or 9 miles south of Cleveland, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
South Cleveland, Wildwood Lake, Waterville, Conasauga, Big Frog
Mountain, Parksville, Red Clay State Park, Flint Springs, Archville,
and Gap Springs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
