...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN BRADLEY...POLK AND
SOUTHEASTERN MCMINN COUNTIES THROUGH 345 PM EDT...

At 255 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Etowah to 9 miles southeast of Wildwood
Lake. Movement was east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Benton, Etowah, Conasauga, Big Frog Mountain, Parksville, Bullet
Creek, Reliance, Archville, Hiwassee Ocoee State Park, and Dentville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
