  southwest Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST /9 AM CST/ this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibility could quickly drop to almost zero
  statute miles in these conditions.
