This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...East Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A low risk for severe thunderstorms exists this afternoon and
evening. The main risk with the storms today will be damaging
winds. A low end risk for flash flooding also exists, but the
higher risk for flooding will be Saturday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

A low risk for severe thunderstorms exists tomorrow afternoon and
evening. The main risk with the storms will be damaging winds.
Hail and tornado risk are very low. Heavy rain rates will also
increase the risk of localized flash flooding, especially for
flood prone locations and locations that receive multiple rounds
of thunderstorms.

Spotter reports will be needed this afternoon and evening and
Saturday afternoon and evening.
