This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Gusty winds and low afternoon relative humidity values will
continue to present an elevated fire risk for today. Consult
local burn permitting authorities and be safe when burning in dry
conditions.

An isolated and weak wind event is increasingly likely this evening
into the early overnight hours in the Smoky Mountains, peak wind
gusts will approach wind advisory criteria in wind prone locations
before subsiding late overnight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.
