This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Widespread wind gusts between 20-35 mph are expected today.
Higher elevation gusts could approach 40 mph at times.

Wind chill values will fall into the 20s area wide tonight.
Single digit wind chills are expected for high elevations of the
East Tennessee mountains.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for portions of the east
Tennessee mountains and southwest Virginia this afternoon through
Friday morning. Please see advisory for additional details

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Breezy northwest winds will continue Friday into midday Saturday.
Higher elevations in the East Tennessee mountains may see gusts
up to 40 mph at times. Gusts between 20 and 30 mph are possible
elsewhere.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for portions of the east
Tennessee mountains and southwest Virginia through Friday morning.
