Isolated pockets of over 3 inches could be possible across higher terrain. Although timing and where heaviest rainfall will occur isn`t so clear yet, the main concern will be flooding potential. Following this strong cold frontal passage, much colder and below normal temperatures will settle in for the weekend. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
