This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

There is potential for a multi-day heavy rainfall event Thanksgiving
Day and Friday, with possibly up to 2 inches of rain in some
locations. Isolated pockets of over 3 inches could be possible
across higher terrain. Although timing and where heaviest rainfall
will occur isn`t so clear yet, the main concern will be flooding
potential. Following this strong cold frontal passage, much colder
and below normal temperatures will settle in for the weekend.
