Isolated pockets over 2 inches could occur across the higher terrain which may trigger some flooding. Following a cold front, much colder temperatures will settle in the rest of the Thanksgiving weekend. A weak upper level system may bring some light snow to the higher elevations of southwest Virginia and northeast Tennessee Saturday night and Sunday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
