Light showers in and near GSMNP are weakening and will likely dissipate
completely over the next couple of hours.

Little change in the weather pattern is expected through the
weekend. Each day will have isolated to scattered showers and
thunderstorms around especially during the afternoon hours, and high
temperatures will be mainly in the 80s.
