Rain will spread across the area Monday morning, with a change to
snow in the mountains of East Tennessee and portions of southwest
Virginia. Light snow accumulations are expected in these areas,
which may impact driving. Dry weather with warmer temperatures are
expected Tuesday and Wednesday.
