Gusty winds through this afternoon across the east TN mountains and
foothills. Widespread rain, and a few storms, are expected from this
morning through tonight as well. Spotty light rain will linger
through the morning hours Wednesday, then drying out and becoming
much cooler Thanksgiving Day into the end of the week.
