Another round of moderate to heavy rain, and mountain gusty winds,
is expected today and tonight with increasing flooding risk. Dry
weather returns Thursday and Friday. Additional heavy rain,
flooding, strong mountain winds, and the potential for severe
thunderstorms arrives Saturday evening.
