.DISCUSSION...


Low afternoon minimum RH values will continue again today before
better moisture returns starting Saturday. Temperatures continue
to moderate, with above normal highs tomorrow and through the
weekend. Light rain to return Saturday night, highest chances in
northeastern Tennessee northwards into Virginia. Breezy conditions
expected this weekend areawide, Saturday night into Sunday will
approach wind advisory criteria in the East Tennessee mountains
along the state border with North Carolina.
