* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Bledsoe and Rhea.

* WHEN...Until 1015 PM EDT /915 PM CDT/.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 759 PM EDT /659 PM CDT/, local law enforcement reported
    heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding
    is already occurring.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Spring City, Melvine, Stinging Fork Falls State Park, Piney
    Falls State Park and Grandview.
