...REPLACES FLOOD ADVISORY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by runoff from heavy rains over the past 24
  hours.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest North Carolina, including the
  following counties, Cherokee and Clay.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1017 AM EDT, Local law enforcement reported waters
    exceeding banks resulting in numerous road closures around
    the Tusquitee and Hayesville areas.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Andrews, Murphy, Hayesville, Tusquitee, Brasstown, Marble,
    Shooting Creek, Topton and Culberson.
