EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Bledsoe, Bradley, Hamilton, McMinn, Meigs and Rhea.

* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT /930 PM CDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 730 PM EDT /630 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
    rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and
    2 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Cleveland, Dayton, Charleston, East Cleveland, South
    Cleveland, Wildwood Lake, Graysville, Calhoun, Birchwood, Big
    Spring, Hopewell, Hillsview, Sale Creek, Tasso, McDonald,
    Evensville and Waterville.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
