...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Johnson and Sullivan and southwest Virginia, including
  the following counties and independent city, City of Bristol,
  Russell and Washington.

* WHEN...Until 415 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 208 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Bristol Va, Abingdon, Lebanon, Cleveland Va, Glade Spring,
    Damascus, Lindell, Emory-Meadowview, Holston, Hilander Park,
    Harr, Rosedale, Hansonville, Benhams, Laurel Bloomery and
    Konnarock.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
