Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 744 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain has fallen. - Even though the rain has ended it may take some time for flood waters to recede. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
