...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of east Tennessee,
including the following areas, Anderson, Bledsoe, Campbell,
Claiborne, Grainger, Hancock, Hawkins, Marion, Morgan, Scott TN,
Sequatchie, Sullivan and Union and southwest Virginia, including the
following areas, Lee, Russell, Scott VA, Washington VA and Wise.

While flooding and high waters continue to be an issue across
southwest Virginia and parts of northeastern Tennessee, additional
rainfall is not expected today and thus flooding conditions should
continue to improve in the coming hours. As such, the flood watch
has been cancelled.

Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
