...A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO
EVENING ACROSS THE AREA...

A strong cold front will move south across the area between 4 PM
EST and 8 PM EST. A heavy band of snow with snowfall rates of an
inch an hour will quickly move through the area along the cold
front. As the cold front passes, the wind will become northwest 20
to 30 mph and will cause considerable blowing and drifting of the
snow. There will be an hour or two of very low visibilities below
a quarter of a mile as this front passes through. When travelling
this afternoon and evening, be prepared for a rapid change in
visibility and drive accordingly.
