...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN IRON COUNTY THROUGH
1045 PM CDT...

At 951 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
U.S. 141 between Covington and Amasa, or 19 miles north of Iron
River, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
U.S. 141 between Covington and Amasa, Amasa, Way Dam, and Bone Lake.
