Blowing snow, with localized visibilities of one half mile or
less, will be possible this evening across parts of central and
eastern Upper Michigan. Conditions will gradually improve this
evening as winds decrease.

Motorists traveling across the region can expect rapidly changing
and poor visibilities at times as well as drifts on roadways.
