* At 255 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 16 nm southeast of
  Oak Point, or 62 nm southwest of The Western Lake Superior Buoy,
  moving northeast at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly the
  nearshore waters.
