  Island MI 5NM off shore to the US/Canadian Border...

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 538 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 10 nm east of Pigeon Point to near Rock of Ages
  Light to 10 nm south of Horseshoe Bay And Safe Harbor, moving east
  at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.
