* WHERE...Lake Superior west of a line from Saxon Harbor WI to
  Grand Portage MN beyond 5NM.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT /1 PM CDT/ this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
