.DISCUSSION...High pressure ridging from a Hudson Bay high keeps us
dry early this week, although a low from the Central Plains may sneak
in a light rain shower or two Tuesday evening. While the high
pressure ridging is expected to bring RHs down to 30% or lower today
and Tuesday, given that we are getting Canadian air, high
temperatures should struggle to get to 60 today and Tuesday. Even
though high-level clouds are moving in from the southwest, do not
expect an good RH recovery for the spot, as the max RH tonight is
only projected to get up into the 60 percents. I do question if the
marine layer from Green Bay will come into play today and Tuesday.
However, with winds coming from the northeast this morning before
becoming east-northeast this afternoon, we will probably still get
down to 30% RH this afternoon before we see temperatures fall and RHs
rebound late this afternoon. Gustier winds are expected Tuesday in
comparison to today.
