.DISCUSSION...

Periods of drizzle and patchy fog will linger into tonight as a
result of a weak disturbance. Areas of fog could be dense at times with
visibility dropping to around 1 mi. Low level clouds will persist as
well. Ceiling heights are uncertain, but LIFR ceilings are likely to
persist into tonight. Northwest to north flow will be light from the
water surface to 2 kft with winds in the layer remaining 15 kts or
less through Wednesday. Winds below 500 ft are anticipated to remain
around 5 kts or less today and 10 kts or less tonight through
Wednesday. This light wind field will limit wave development near
the island, gradually lowering waves today from 1-2 ft to around 1 ft
or less for Wednesday.
