.DISCUSSION...
A complex of showers and thunderstorms will move across Isle Royale
this morning bringing widespread wetting rains. Smoke from Canadian
wildfires will continue to reduce visibility and a near surface stable
layer will result in poor ventilation. Additional showers and
thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and evening as a shortwave
and cold front push through the area. Humidity will remain high today,
generally 80 percent or higher. Winds will shift to the northwest
late tonight as a cold front pushes through the area.
