WARM AND DRY WEATHER WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY....
.DISCUSSION: A dissipating cold front moving into the area may
lead to spotty light showers spreading from west to east across
Upper MI today through this evening. The better chance of showers
will be over western Upper MI, but even there, any rainfall is
likely to be under one-tenth of an inch. Southwest winds will gust
up to 15 to 20 mph today, except over the east where gusts to 25
mph are expected. With high temperatures ranging through the 60s,
lowest afternoon RH will occur across portions of central Upper MI
at around 35 percent. Sunday through Tuesday will be unseasonably
warm with no rainfall. RH is not expected to fall below 30 percent
on any of the 3 days. Monday will probably see the lowest RH with
a few spots approaching 30 percent west to south central, but
winds will be lightest on that day, gusting up to 15 mph. Southwest
winds will gust to 20 to 30 mph on Sunday, strongest west half,
and to 20 to 25 mph on Tuesday. A passing cold front Tuesday
night will bring a chance of showers, followed by much cooler
conditions and lake effect rain showers under northwest winds on
Wednesday.
