.DISCUSSION: A low pressure system organizing to the west will
result in some light rain showers lifting north over the U.P.
today. Accumulations are expected to be limited to the west,
likely only around 0.01-0.02 inches at best. Otherwise expect
light and variable winds mainly below 15 mph as weak high
pressure moves overhead. Temperatures warm up into the mid 40s to
mid 50s, cooler by the Great Lakes. Minimum RH will be in the 40s
to mid 50s, lowest in the interior.
Slight chances for light rain continues over the far west tonight
as RH recovers, otherwise mostly dry weather is expected. Lows
settle into the 30s to low 40s, warmest west. Wednesday warms up
well above normal with highs in the upper 50s to upper 60s.
RHs will again fall into the 40s to mid 50s, but a better shot at
rain and possibly some thunder returns in the afternoon with a
passing cold front.
