.DISCUSSION...
RHs were able to recover overnight and are expected to stay in the
30 to 35 percent range at the lowest across the south-central UP
today. Elsewhere, expect 40s and 50s percent over most of the UP and
60s percent over the Keweenaw. Light southwesterly winds will become
southerly and stronger this afternoon with gusts up to 20 mph. And,
today`s highs will top off in the 70s. Look for showers and isolated
thunderstorms to approach the western portions of the UP by this
afternoon, propagating eastward through the late afternoon
and evening.
