...URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING EXPECTED...

Minor flooding will occur in the following counties...

Waseca...

* Until 830 AM CDT.

* Law enforcement reports urban and small stream flooding is
  occurring across the county, particularly on State Highway 13,
  with a few road closures. 4 to 6 inches of rain have fallen over
  the last 24 hours.

* Some locations that will experience minor flooding include...
  Waseca, Janesville, New Richland, Elysian, Waldorf, Otisco, Waseca
  Airport, and Alma City.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
