...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAU CLAIRE COUNTY UNTIL 1215 AM
CDT...

At 1140 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
near Augusta, or 20 miles east of Eau Claire, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
  Eau Claire, Altoona, Lake Hallie, Augusta, Fall Creek, Fairchild,
  Ludington, Foster, Lake Eau Claire County Park, Brackett, Allen
  and Seymour.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
