...ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ACROSS SOUTHERN MINNESOTA THIS
AFTERNOON...

Winds are stronger this morning than they will be this afternoon,
with sustained winds at 15-20mph as gusts generally peak around
25mph by the time we reach minimum humidity. Humidity will hover
around 25 to 30 percent at its lowest, with the warmest
temperatures leading to the lowest humidity in southern Minnesota.
This will be our last day for at least a few days with low enough
humidity and strong enough winds to reach elevated fire
conditions.
