Rice...

* Until 330 AM CDT Thursday.

* At 925 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
the area. Within this region, there are several pockets that have
seen 2 to 4 inches of rain this evening. This heavy rain will
likely result in ponding of water in low areas.

* Some locations that will experience minor flooding include...

Mankato, Waseca, Blue Earth, Lake Crystal, Eagle Lake, Wells, and
  Janesville.

spots.
