.DISCUSSION...With high pressure prevailing across the area,
sunny skies will prevail with highs warming into the lower 80s
after starting in the upper 40s at sunrise. Minimum RH values will
bottom out near the mid-30s percent. Winds will be fairly tame
through this morning, starting out light/variable then settling
from a southerly direction 5-10mph. This afternoon, speeds will
become a bit breezy/gusty, increasing to 10-15mph with gusts
near 20mph, highest from 3pm onward.
