.DISCUSSION...Increasing northwest winds today will stunt the
afternoon high in the mid 50s, and drop RH values to around 25
to 30 percent. The strongest winds are expected to develop from
11AM to 7PM. Sustained values will range mostly from 10-15 MPH
while gusts near 25 MPH. Winds slow and turn north-northwesterly
by late this evening. No rain expected today, but clouds do
increase throughout the morning and afternoon.
