.DISCUSSION...Mostly sunny skies today will lead to slightly
warmer temperatures near 60 degrees by this afternoon. Relative
humidity values will bottom out mid to early afternoon around
20-25%. West/northwesterly sustained winds to peak at 10-15MPH,
with gusts to 20-25MPH this afternoon. Vertical mixing is
expected to become very efficient around 10-11am, with a mixing
height around 8500ft through the afternoon. Elevated fire weather
conditions are possible after 12PM due to the lower RHs.
