.DISCUSSION...
Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected this
evening through Wednesday. The heaviest rain will be across
central MN into northwest WI (along a line from roughly Morris to
Hayward, WI), where localized amounts in excess of 3" will be
possible. We`ll dry out Thursday and remain that way through early
next week as a strong upper ridge develops over the central Plains
into the upper MS Valley, helping to push the storm track well to
our north. This ridge will also bring hot conditions with it as
well, with highs in the 90s starting to appear on Saturday, with
much of the MPX planning area getting into the 90s Sunday through
Tuesday.
