.DISCUSSION...Temperatures return to the 50s today with 60s and
70s expected by Friday. Rain along with a few thunderstorms will
begin Friday afternoon and continue through the overnight hours.
Much colder air arrives Saturday, resulting in falling
temperatures through the day and rain changing to snow, with
accumulations possible in far western Minnesota. Strong winds are
also expected Saturday with gusts of 40-45 MPH possible across
western Minnesota. Colder temperatures remain in place for Sunday
with moderating temperatures and dry conditions expected for early
next week.
