.DISCUSSION...
With moisture moving in, associated with our next chance for rain,
southern Minnesota into western Wisconsin will see RH values in
the 40s and higher today. Across western and central Minnesota,
rain chances are lower and RH values will fall into the upper 20s
to lower 30s. This combined with winds of 10 to 20 mph will have
fire weather conditions not reach elevated risk thresholds, but
it will be close. Monday will see a similar setup, but with
lighter winds.
