.DISCUSSION...Above normal warmth continues for the next several
days, with highs generally in the upper 70s to mid 80s. No
precipitation is expected through Wednesday morning with chances
of showers and storms returning Wednesday through the end of this
week. Southeasterly winds will continue through Tuesday but then
become more southwesterly after mid-week. Winds will still remain
relatively weak. Minimum RH values are forecast to sink into the
upper 20s to mid 30s over eastern Minnesota and west-central
Wisconsin through Wednesday with higher values from Thursday
onward. But wind speeds and gusts are forecast to be the lightest
in the these regions with gusts only reaching 10-15 MPH. Overall,
fire weather concerns remain low.
