.DISCUSSION...
Some lower RH values today across parts of central Minnesota and
northwest Wisconsin. Thankfully these bottom out in the 30s and
winds are not forecast to be higher than 10 mph. Tonight through
he remainder of the week moisture spreads across the region and RH
values remain high with daily rain chances. Not a widespread
soaking rain like we need though, more of the typical thunderstorm
locally variable type of rain.
