.DISCUSSION...Fire weather concerns remain low due to widespread
soaking rains today. The heaviest rainfall is forecast across
west-central and southern Minnesota, where 2-4"+ of rainfall is
expected. Rainfall amounts will be lower across far eastern
Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Drier air and near normal
temperatures arrive for this weekend. Scattered thunderstorms
return to the forecast across western Minnesota early next week.
