.DISCUSSION...We are starting the night off very humid, with
several locations reporting 80+ degree dew points early this
morning. This is exceptionally rare, especially with it occurring
during the night. Humidity eventually drops today, though the heat
will continue to stick around through the week. There are ongoing
thunderstorms in northeast MN that will move into northern and
central WI this morning, and that will be our last solid chance
for any rain until Thursday evening.
