IN SOUTHERN MINNESOTA THIS AFTERNOON...
.DISCUSSION...
Compared to yesterday, winds are expected to be weaker and
relative humidity will be a bit higher as it settles in the mid to
upper 20s percent this afternoon in southern Minnesota and near 30
percent elsewhere. Winds will be strongest in southern Minnesota
sustained at 15-20mph gusting to 25-30mph with weaker winds
elsewhere. Clouds will be increasing throughout the day from
west to east as a boundary moves through, which could impact high
temperatures enough to keep humidity a bit higher.
