Minimum RH values will bottom out in the 40 to 50 percent range
this afternoon. Winds will shift southerly by sunrise with speeds
around 10 mph through this evening. Gradual moisture advection
will lead to higher minimum RH values on Sunday & Monday. Rain
chances return Sunday/Monday across western MN before increasing
elsewhere by Tuesday. Fire weather risk remains low.
